Align Beauty & Wellness was founded in 2023 by Alyssa and Brooke, two registered nurses whose shared vision began over 13 years ago while working side by side in the ICU. United by a passion for both medical excellence and aesthetic artistry, we dreamed of creating a space where healthcare expertise and beauty innovation coexist in perfect harmony.
That dream has become a reality with Align Beauty & Wellness — a place dedicated to enhancing confidence, restoring balance, and inspiring self-assurance from within.

Alyssa Kellams is a Family Nurse Practitioner and advanced aesthetic injector with more than 13 years of nursing experience, including 7 years as a nurse practitioner. Her experience spans from ICU and women’s health to urgent care, regenerative, and holistic medicine.
She has been injecting for over 6 years and has trained alongside some of the top injectors in the country, refining her skill and artistry to deliver natural, personalized results.
When she’s not in the clinic, Alyssa enjoys life with her husband, Zach, and their five busy kids—most often at a ballfield or sporting event. She loves beach vacations, Mexican food, time with friends and family, and proudly cheering on the Purdue Boilermakers.
Brooke Matheis is a registered nurse with over 13 years of nursing experience ranging from adult ICU, NICU and PACU. She also brings over 16 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, offering a unique combination of medical expertise and artistic precision to every client she serves. For the past two years, Brooke has specialized in aesthetic injections, helping clients achieve results that enhance their natural features while supporting overall well-being.
Deeply committed to her faith, family, and community, Brooke enjoys life with her husband, Seth, and their three active children. She believes that true beauty comes from balance, gratitude, and a life lived with intention, and she strives to reflect that philosophy in every service she provides at Align Beauty & Wellness.
I’m Shay Trueblood — the Practice Manager here at Align, as well as a Permanent Makeup Artist offering microblading, teeth whitening and spray tanning services.
I’m married to my husband, Ethan, and we have two sweet little girls who keep life fun and busy. We currently reside in Washington County.
From day one, Alyssa and Brooke welcomed me with open arms, and I feel so lucky to work alongside two amazing women who truly care about helping others. Being part of a team that helps people look and feel their best is such a blessing!
